Sunday Storytime with Bruce and Sharon MacDonald

Join us for our Sunday Storytime—Bruce and Sharon MacDonald will be reading their books, Oreo’s Big Adventure and Oreo Saves the Day.

About Oreo’s Big Adventure:

Oreo is an indoor cat, who wants to find out what's outside the front door. Follow her adventures as she explores the world outside and eventually needs her family to help her out of a scary situation.

About Oreo Saves the Day:

A fun and light hearted story about a family cat and her adventures. In this story, Oreo helps her family get a bat out of the house to freedom.

About Bruce and Sharon MacDonald:

Bruce and Sharon MacDonald have retired to Cape Cod where they enjoy writing books, golfing and birding.

Bruce grew up in Needham, Massachusetts and has lived in Glastonbury, Connecticut and Framingham Massachusetts. He was a sales and marketing specialist for Digital Equipment Corporation and Honeywell Information Systems. He then worked in corporate development for the American Cancer Society in Boston. Bruce’s first published novel is Where The Money Is.

Sharon grew up in Connecticut and moved to Massachusetts after attending Boston College. She was an elementary school teacher for 26 years in Weston, Massachusetts. Sharon then became an elementary school principal in Hudson, Massachusetts and then in Sudbury, Massachusetts. Sharon and Bruce have co-authored two children’s books about their family cat and her adventures - Oreo Saves The Day and Oreo’s Big Adventure.
