Sunday Storytime with Arthur Smith

About The Robe Squad: A Charlestown Tail:

The story takes place in Charlestown, MA; the story begins with the man and his dog at home, after which they take a walk where they come upon a small mouse who needs their help. They bring the mouse to a vet for care and then bring the mouse home, to all be together.

About Arthur Smith:

Arthur Russell Smith (The Robe Guy) is a first-time author from Hanover, MA. He currently resides in Charlestown, MA with his 2.6 lb. teacup Yorkshire terrier, Gizmo (The Robe Dog).

Growing up, Arthur loved to read and write, authoring and illustrating three bare books: Dinosaur Duo, Bird Feeding, and Nintendo: Game Tips and Strategies.

When not working on his latest story for The Robe Squad, he loves spending time with his family, including his parents, his two brothers, and four nieces and nephews. He loves building Legos, listening to podcasts, and reading. He is also a huge fan of all Boston sports teams, especially the Boston Celtics. He hopes you will enjoy his first book, The Robe Squad: A Charlestown Tail, launching on October 1st, 2026, and he is excited to continue sharing more stories about the robe squad’s adventures!
